Stop The Clean Electricity Regulations

Last week, Canada’s Environment Minister, Steven Guilbeault, released the draft Clean Electricity Regulations - otherwise known as the much anticipated, incredibly expensive, and entirely unconstitutional net-zero 2035 electricity generation requirements.

Ottawa is even threatening punitive measures for those who don't comply, with Energy and Natural Resources Minister Jonathan Wilkinson announcing that billions of dollars in tax credits and grants will be tied to a province's plan to reach net-zero.

We’ll cut to the chase - these Clean Electricity Regulations are flat-out unconstitutional.

Electricity generation is an exclusive provincial jurisdiction protected by Section 92A (1)(c) of the Constitution, which states:

"In each province, the legislature may exclusively make laws in relation to ... development, conservation and management of sites and facilities in the province for the generation and production of electrical energy."

Luckily, the Clean Electricity Regulations are a consultative document - meaning the regulations are not finalized.

So, we need to make ourselves heard and be as loud as possible now.

That's why we're launching a new campaign calling on the federal government to back off, respect the Constitution, stop infringing on provincial jurisdiction, and Stop The Clean Electricity Regulations!

It seems that the Federal government is working hard to reduce the population of Canada, by freezing people out, and yet they continue to bring thousands of migrants into the country, this seems quite paradoxical!!

Either limit or stop the migration, or leave the power supply alone!!!

Oil sands production is up, Alberta needs more electrical generation, we’ve know this for several years now. If our governments can’t see the future, like the rest of us. We need change our democratic process. Globalization, run by rich panzies is going to cause more problems in our future. Our plan more than 10 yeas ago was to build a Nuclear power generation station in Peace country. The US senate under Trump, just before he was replaced by Biden. Voted unanimously on securing Uranium as a fuel source. Is our current government and the past government, doing anything productive? I think not. Lower taxes now on corporations and royalties before we hit rock bottom. Get a jump on our global completion. Alberta and the other provinces that see the light, will succeed. Any neigh sayers should be blocked and shut down immediately. Leaders lead with strength not by being a soft wimps. Both Canada and the US, need to pony up and stamp out the woke agendas of those with skin in the game. Stop holding the economy back with dumb policies. 2.0 % GDP isn’t going to help, it’s going to be worse. We need steady growth for several years, anyone who gets in our way should be stomped on. And that’s my opinion. Read the book the one thing. Eliminate Russias current leader tomorrow. And let’s get back to work. Our future depends on it. Dilly dallying around, is like driving on the grass, slowing down the progress. During WW11, we had decisive leaders, determined to win. Leaders with vision. High time we got back on track.
