Stop The Clean Electricity Regulations

Last week, Canada’s Environment Minister, Steven Guilbeault, released the draft Clean Electricity Regulations - otherwise known as the much anticipated, incredibly expensive, and entirely unconstitutional net-zero 2035 electricity generation requirements.

Ottawa is even threatening punitive measures for those who don't comply, with Energy and Natural Resources Minister Jonathan Wilkinson announcing that billions of dollars in tax credits and grants will be tied to a province's plan to reach net-zero.

We’ll cut to the chase - these Clean Electricity Regulations are flat-out unconstitutional.

Electricity generation is an exclusive provincial jurisdiction protected by Section 92A (1)(c) of the Constitution, which states:

"In each province, the legislature may exclusively make laws in relation to ... development, conservation and management of sites and facilities in the province for the generation and production of electrical energy."

Luckily, the Clean Electricity Regulations are a consultative document - meaning the regulations are not finalized.

So, we need to make ourselves heard and be as loud as possible now.

That's why we're launching a new campaign calling on the federal government to back off, respect the Constitution, stop infringing on provincial jurisdiction, and Stop The Clean Electricity Regulations!

There are 2 ways to stop This FAKE CLIMATE CHANGE BS,and if no other Political party can figure it out, then I say it’s time to form a party that does. Scott Moe is definately on the right track,and so far he’s the only one. It’s time for the Provincial Leaders to Wake up or get out.

Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments need to quit embracing and grifting for the completely dis-proven “global warming” hoax and focus on promoting growth and sustainability thru ideas/technology that are beneficial to all Albertans and Canadians.

How come no one is talking about how much hemp and bamboo products can replace?

How come there is no discussion about the engine that runs on water?

How come so many beneficial technological advancements are allowed to be bought up by big business and hidden away?

How come there are never any discussions about the consistent chemical spraying in our air (the official story is its insurance companies seeding to prevent hail but someone is spraying non stop all year round)?

How come there is nothing mentioned about the glyosphate that is used on all our fields poisoning the food, soil and air?

How come no one talks about the amount of federal funding that goes into weapons that destroy our environment?

How come the conversation is always about making changes that affect the common man and hurt his/her quality of life?

Alberta has the cleanest burning coal in the world, anthracite coal, yet we sell it to China. We need to rebuild the coal plants the NDP shut down or reverted to gas. We have huge deposits of very clean coal and should use our natural resources instead of using our good farming land for environmental damaging wind and solar farms which can’t provide hardly any power but damage the environment with their non recyclable batteries and solar glass panels, neither which last very long. Stop this stupidly where there is no need for it and no climate emergency. Facts matter, opinions have no facts back of them.
