    Perhaps it’s time to refine our own resources into gasoline and aircraft fuels and lubricants, and plastics and any other final petrochemical product we can produce, then sell them to Eastern Canada (or BC for that matter) at a premium world price and then charge them a transportation fee and a carbon tax in order for them to keep their SUVs and Manufacturers’ Transport vehicles running and their homes heated… or not. (I think Ralph Klein was more direct). They can always import coal or Middle Eastern Fossil fuels to keep their economies chugging along.
